SwiftPicker is operated by VET 1 INC. SwiftPicker ("SwiftPicker," "we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the SwiftPicker website and mobile app (together, the "Service").
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create a SwiftPicker account, we collect your email address. Your password is managed by Base44, the platform that provides both our authentication system and our application database; your password is handled by Base44's authentication system and is not stored in SwiftPicker's own application data. If you sign in through a third-party provider, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us.
Usage information. We store the lottery picks you generate and save, your selected state and game preferences, and your subscription tier and status.
Payment information. Subscription purchases happen through our website and are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; the SwiftPicker iOS and Android apps do not include an in-app purchase flow. We do not collect or store your full payment card details ourselves; Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only what's needed to manage your subscription, such as your plan status.
Technical information. Like most online services, our servers and infrastructure provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information for security and troubleshooting purposes.
Support correspondence. If you email us at support@swiftpicker.ai, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message.
We do not collect your precise location. The state field in the app is a selection you make yourself to choose which lottery games to view, not a location derived from your device.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and maintain your account.
- Generate and save your lottery number picks.
- Process subscription payments and manage your plan.
- Provide customer support.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
- Improve and develop SwiftPicker's features.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Stripe, to process subscription payments.
- Our hosting and database infrastructure providers, who store and process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SwiftPicker or our users.
- Base44, our application platform, which hosts our database and authentication system and routes AI feature requests to its model providers to generate responses.
How We Use AI Features
SwiftPicker's AI-assisted strategy uses Base44's managed AI service to process the selected game's rules, public historical draw numbers, and the text you enter in the custom-constraints box. Base44 routes these requests to an AI model provider to generate a response. SwiftPicker does not automatically include your email address, name, account ID, or subscription information in the AI prompt. However, anything you type into the custom-constraints box is included. Please do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information. Depending on our service plan with Base44, Base44 may also use this data to improve its AI models; we have not excluded SwiftPicker from that use.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and picks history for as long as your account is active, as described under Your Choices and Rights below. Technical logs are retained by our hosting and database provider, Base44, according to its own standard operational practices; we do not set a separate retention period for these logs ourselves. Payment and subscription records are retained by Stripe according to Stripe's own recordkeeping practices, which may extend beyond the life of your SwiftPicker account for financial and legal recordkeeping purposes. Text you enter into the AI feature's custom-constraints box is processed to generate your response and is not separately retained by SwiftPicker; refer to Base44's own practices for how long that provider retains processed AI requests.
Your Choices and Rights
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Security inside the app. This removes your profile, saved picks, and sign-in record, and cancels any active subscription you have with us through Stripe. It does not affect payment records Stripe keeps for its own legal and financial recordkeeping, described below.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below.
Children's Privacy
You must be 18 or older to create a SwiftPicker account; new accounts require confirming this at sign-up. If we learn that an account was created by someone under 18, we will delete it under the practices described above.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service or data practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the Last updated date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before implementing a change.
